CHAMP 600 – 600 Amp DC Welding/Gouging Rectifier
Engineered for demanding industrial fabrication and repair environments, the CHAMP 600 is a robust three-phase inverter-based DC power source offering up to 600 A welding output at a 60% duty cycle. It supports heavy-duty welding with cellulosic electrodes (including 6010, 7010G, 8010G) and is suitable for gouging applications up to 9 mm electrode diameter. The unit features arc-force adjustment, a high power factor (up to 0.93), and built-in protections against over-/under-voltage, single-phasing and over-temperature. Compact yet powerful, it delivers reliable, high-performance welding in a portable 58 kg chassis with IP23 protection and forced-air cooling.
