The E.H. Wachs RS-2 (Rising Stem-2) valve operator is the most versatile handheld device on the market today for turning valves. Specially designed to accommodate both rising and non-rising stem valves, it’s built with a generous 4 inch (101.6mm) opening to fit most valves from 6 inch – 60 inch (DN150-1500). With faster operating speeds for quicker operation, it delivers up to a powerful 800 ft-lbs (1085 Nm) of torque to tackle large, stubborn or stuck valves. The RS-2 Rising Stem Valve Operator is designed for safety, as it spares the arm and back injuries associated with manually attempting to turn large, stubborn or frozen industrial valves. The RS-2 valve operator offers a range of adapters to suit most applications, including PIV (Post Indicator Valves).
